Go Against the Grain

Camouflage exists to conceal. Animals use it. People use it. A lot of websites use it too.

A plain, interchangeable site hides the company instead of showing it. It might function. It rarely leaves an impression.

You can build a run-of-the-mill site and blend into your industry. If the only job is "have a URL," that's a valid choice. Most companies care whether the site makes money. That matters. A website should still do more than sit there as a sales tool.

It's often the first real look someone gets at the business. It shapes whether they trust you before a conversation ever happens.

Think of it as a chance to look like yourselves. Who you are, what you stand for, where you're going. Built well, it supports growth and makes it easier for people to connect with the work.

That's the job: turn that into something real, functional, and built to last.
