One page · ~1 week
A one-page landing site for solo operators and small teams. Cleaning services, landscapers, single-truck outfits, musicians, and anyone who needs to look presentable online and does not want a long project.
5–7 pages · 2–3 weeks
A custom 5–7 page site for established businesses. Restaurants, shops, contractors, clinics, farms, and artists who need to be found, get the call, and look like the business they actually are.
Scoped · 4–8 weeks
Stores, marketplaces, booking systems, mobile apps, and platforms when the business needs more than a brochure. Scope varies, so we quote it.

You get a number before we get on a call, and that number is the floor for that lane. After we know the pages, features, and content, you get one flat fee in a Statement of Work, and it does not change unless the scope does.
Most people are. Tell us what the site needs to do, whether that is bookings, a menu, or simply getting the phone to ring, and we will put you in the lane that gets there for the least money. We would rather sell you Launch than oversell you Standard.
Hosting, security certificates, and the platform costs that keep the site live. It is part of every Launch and Standard build. You own the code, domain, and hosting account, so you can take it anywhere. Changes after launch are quoted separately.
Half to start and half at launch for Launch and Standard. Custom platform work is milestone-billed against the scope in the Statement of Work.
A goal, plus whatever you already have: logo files, photos, copy, your Google listing login. Missing copy or photos is an add-on, not a blocker.
